125th Anniversary Celebration On April 30, we finally celebrated. The mayor issued a proclamation. State Grange President Susan Noah presented a 50-year certificate to Kim Furgason Daline and Beverly Herrold Hall accepted a 25-year certificate for her daughter Steffanie Hall Brown. We shared Winona’s history. Renters told their stories. We gave out seed packets.
